1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following relief:- "(i) Admit and allow the writ application.
(ii) Call for the records.
(iii) Issue "RULE NISSI" calling upon the O.Ps as to why the petitioner shall not be paid the revised gratuity and unutilized leave salary though her post has been taken by Govt. w.e.f. 28.02.204 availing all benefits of Govt. though she is retired from Head mistress post from Balagandi High School Puri, on 31.01.2006 and entitled such financial benefits as per Annexure1 w.e.f. 01.01.2006. (v) If the Ops fail to show cause or insufficient cause make the rule absolute by passing any
order/orders, Direction/Directions in favour of the petitioner.
(vi) Issue the writ of "MANDAMOUS" or any appropriate writ/writs by directing the O.P. to disposed of representation of the petitioner to the Chief Ministers grievances which has forwarded to the O.P. No-1 is till pending as under Annexure-2..
(vi) And pass any other order/orders direction/directions in favour of the petitioner as deem just and proper for the interest of natural justice and fair play."
3. In course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the grievance of the Petitioner submitted to the Chief Minister has since been forwarded to the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (OP No.2) for disposal. It is submitted that the same is still pending.
4. Since the Director is to take decision in the matter at the first instance, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the grievance petition of the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
5. Urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. (Sashikanta Mishra, J) Vacation Judge S. Behera
