The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Additional District Magistrate-cum-District Registrar (Registration), Cuttack to dispose of Registration Appeal No.04 of 2021 within a stipulated period.

Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Registration Appeal No.04 of 2021 was disposed of Yesterday (12th July, 2022). Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
