This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the Appellant even today.

On 30.06.2022 we made the following observations that if the defect, as pointed out by the Registry is not removed by this date, the appeal will be dismissed for nonprosecution. The defect has been first identified on 28.09.2018 by the Registry. The Registry's note reads as follows: "The defect no.9 as per S.R. still not been removed." Thereafter, we passed the order first on 22.06.2022 for taking the necessary steps. Then, on 27.06.2022, we repeated the order providing accommodation to the Appellant, but no steps was taken. On 30.06.2022 the said order was passed. 4.

In view of the above, this appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
