1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

This Writ Petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the Judge, Family Court, Balasore to dispose of certain pending applications, which have been posted to 23rd June, 2022 on the ground that despite sufficient service of notice, the Opposite Parties are not cooperating for disposal as a result of which, the welfare of the child may be compromised. As it appears, the Petitioner, who is the husband of Opposite Party No.1, has

// 2 // filed an application under Section 151 of C.P.C. with prayer to allow him to give vaccines to the child (Opposite Party No.2).

Having regard to the innocuous prayer made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the court below to make an effort to dispose of the pending applications as aforesaid on 23rd June, 2022, if there no other legal impediment and in any case to make an effort to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible having regard to the welfare of the child.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the said petition.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
