2. By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the Petitioners seeks to quash the order of cognizance dated 6th August,2008 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Pipili in G.R. Case No.160 of 2008.

3. Defects pointed out have not been removed. This clearly shows the Petitioner has no interest to pursue the case. There is no interim stay too. There is point in keep in the CRLMC alive.

4. Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
