This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.13 of 2021(N), on the files of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Ganjam, Berhampur, arising out of Berhampur Sadar P.S. Case No.85 of 2021, under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/25 of the NDPS Act and is in custody since 26.03.2021.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Ganjam, Berhampur, by order dated 22.04.2021 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the order dated 22.06.2022 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.8645 of 2021, as the petitioner therein prima facie similarly circumstanced with the petitioner of the present BLAPL, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin of the matter. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms. 6.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station on every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. till the conclusion of trial. First date of such appearance to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 7.

It is needless to state here that violation of condition relating to such appearance shall entail cancellation of bail. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
