On perusal of the averments made in this petition, this Court finds, though the R.C. Case No.27 of 2022 was filed on 18th April, 2022, the same has not been admitted as of now. 2.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioners file an application for early admission of the R.C. Case No.27 of 2022 before the Commissioner, Land Records & Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and the R.C. Case No.27 of 2022 shall be taken up for fresh admission within a period of seven days thereafter. This order is, however, subject to a condition that there is no defect in R.C. Case No.27 of 2022.
