The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 30th April, 2022 (Annexure- 7) passed by SubCollector, Bhubaneswar in Mutation Appeal No.94 of 2020 3.

In course of hearing, Mr.Patnaik learned counsel for Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has statutory remedy under the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act,1958 and Rules framed thereunder to seek for either review of the impugned order under Annexure-7 or to assail the same in revision. In that view of the matter, he prays for withdrawal of writ petition to avail the statutory remedy.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

Certified copy of the impugned order shall be returned to the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof. Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
