From the order dated 17.01.2023, it appears that the period of interim bail, granted in terms of the order dated 07.12.2022, was extended till today, i.e, 06.02.2023 and vide said order dated 17.01.2023, the Petitioner was directed to surrender before the Court in seisin of the case on 07.02.2023. This is a disposed of bail application and I.A No.12 of 2023, which has been filed for extension of the period of bail, has also been disposed of.

In view of the above, there is no need of any further order in the matter.
