1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following relief:- "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Opp.

Parties to take necessary steps (i) To re-assess/ revalue the answer sheets of the petitioner in respect of Question No-2853910 & Question No-2853871 in Computer Based Test (CBT) for the recruitment of the post of Initial Appointee Hindi Teacher in Govt. Secondary Schools of the State of Odisha, 2021-2022 in pursuance of Advertisement dated 23.12.2021 issued by Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar as she answered the said two questions correctly.

(ii) to enhance the mark of the petitioner in the Score card after re-assessment/ revaluation of

the answer sheets of the petitioner in respect of Question No-2853910 & Question No-2853871 in Computer Based Test (CBT) and accordingly to place her name in the higher position in the merit list."

3. In course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that by notice dated 19.05.2022, the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha invited objections from the candidates in the prescribed format to be received on 20.05.2022 & 21.05.2022 respectively.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that he has submitted an objection not within the stipulated date but on 24.05.2022. It is further submitted that because of certain unavoidable circumstances, the Petitioner could not submit the objection within the stipulated time.

5. Having regard to the fact that the Petitioner has submitted an objection which has been enclosed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition. The Opposite Party No.2 is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

6. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
