Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

This writ petition involves disposal of conversion application pending at the instance of the petitioner sought to be disposed of in the light of the direction dated 20.03.2019 involving W.P.(C).No.4478 of 2016 in a time bound manner.

Mr.Ghose, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State on instruction submits that process of considering the conversion application is already commenced as there is already notice to the respective parties in the meantime.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar-opposite party no.3 to expedite completion of conversion application pending at the instance of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law however keeping in view the direction involving W.P.(C).No.4478 of 2016. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
