Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to Opposite Party Nos.1, 3 and 4 to consider her application for appointment under the Odisha Civil Service (Rehabilitation Assistance) Rules, 1990 and to allow her to retain the Government Quarters No.2RA/8, Unit-IX, Road No.5, Bhubaneswar.

On perusal of the case record, it appears that order of eviction has already been passed on 29th January, 2021 (Annexure-8) in OPP Case No.230 of 2020 (Qr.) by the Estate Officer, G.A. and P.G. Department, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

In that view of the matter, Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to prefer appeal against the order under Annexure-8. 5.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
