This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. S. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

Being aggrieved by the inaction of the authorities in the matter of selection for the post of Jogan Sahayak for Malijubang Gram Panchayat under the administrative control of the B.D.O., Lanjigarh (Opposite Party No.3). The present writ petition has been filed.

It is stated that the case of the petitioner is pending consideration and he is continuing as a Jogan Sahayak on adhoc basis since long and because of the inaction of the authorities he is deprived from being regularized.

Ventilating his grievances, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the Collector & District Magistrate, Kalahandi (Opposite Party No.2) on 10.12.2021 and the same is stated to be pending.

Without expressing any opinion relating to the merits of the matter, this Court directs the Collector & District Magistrate, Kalahandi (Opposite Party No.2) to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-4 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. To facilitate such decision making process, the petitioner is called upon to submit a copy of the writ petition along with the order of this Court.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 9.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
