1. It appears that the present writ petition was filed as a result of W.P. (C) No. 8837 of 2005 filed by the Petitioner challenging an ex parte award passed by the Labour Court, Bhubaneswar in application filed by the Opp. party Workman under Section 33-C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

2. The said W.P. (C) No. 8837 of 2005 stands already disposed of by this Court by setting aside the said order the Labour Court's Award dated 20th July, 2001 subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- and Misc. Case No. 16 of 1999 has been remanded to the Labour Court for passing a fresh order.
