This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the Order dated 27.04.2016 under Annexure-1, by which demand has been raised for recovery of supplementary bills against the outstanding on account of Central Excise duty on royalty and SED. 3.

Mr. A. Pattnaik, learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that this matter is pending consideration before the apex Court and the same has been referred to a larger Bench for consideration. 4.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in this Writ Petition, as the matter is subjudice before the apex Court. However, it is open to the Petitioner to revive its claim after the judgment delivered by the larger Bench of the apex Court. 5.
