CORAM:
JUSTICE K.R. MOHAPATRA
ORDER
Order No.
30.06.2022 3.
1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 3rd December, 2010 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Cr.P. No.402 of 2010.
3.
The order sheet reveals that in spite of the direction of this Court dated 30th April, 2012, defects pointed out by the S.R. have not been removed.
4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for further adjournment.
5.
In view of the fact that defects pointed out by the S.R. have not been removed for last ten years in spite of the direction of this Court, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner.
6.
Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed.
