Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the impugned order of the learned Single Judge, which has allowed the Respondent No.3's W.P.(C) No.7289 of 2015 challenging her disengagement as Anganwadi Helper of Surula-II Anganwadi Centre, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
