2. The learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for quashing the Select List passed by the Opposite Parties on 06.11.2003.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that since this matter is pertaining to the year 2004, the cause of action against which the Writ Petition has been filed does not survive any more.

4. In view of such facts, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
