The petitioners in this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") have prayed for quashing of the proceeding in G.R. Case No.8 of 1987 pending in the court of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Jeypore. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Pani, learned Senior standing counsel appearing for the Vigilance Department.

The trial of the aforesaid case being over, this CRLMC stands disposed of being infructuous.
