None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared for the petitioner on last two dates. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Vigilance submits that the petitioner has challenged the order taking cognizance passed by learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Keonjhar in V.G.R. No. 29 of 2011 and the order impugned has been passed on 12.11.2014. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. 5.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed for non prosecution. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Kishore
