The Petitioner is a defaulting borrower in a home loan account availed for a sum of Rs. 15.00 lakhs from Karnataka Bank Ltd., Saheed Nagar Branch, Bhubaneswar on 24th February, 2006. 3.

Counsel for the Petitioner states that the prayer of the Petitioner is for extension of the time limit for deposit of the entire amount in terms of the OTS, which inadvertently is not reflected in the prayer to the writ petition.

Hence, the prayer is for permission to withdraw the writ petition to enable the Petitioner to file afresh with better particulars. Prayer is allowed.
