Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that in view of the submission made above the writ application be admitted and after hearing the parties the same be allowed and appropriate writ/writs may kindly be issued directing the opp. party no.1 to 3 Collector, Nayagarh, B.D.O., Nayagarh and Tahasildar, Nayagarh to restrain the villagers of Jaipur (Nua Jaipur) from using the ridge of the village pond situated over Mouza-Muthagudia, Khata No.295/247, Plot No.5, area Ac.0.61 dec. as burial ground (Smasana) for the greater interest of justice;
And may further be pleased to pass any other order/(s), direction/(s) as this Hon'ble Court think just and proper;
And for which act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall eve r pray."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representations at the instance of the petitioner on the
self same issue vide Annexure-3 series is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Block Development Officer and Tahasildar, Nayagarhopposite party nos.1, 2 and 3 respectively to take decision on the allegation of the petitioner in a joint sitting but however involving any party likely to be affected also in the involvement of the petitioner herein by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. "
