This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:
"Therefore, it is humbly prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the opp. parties more specifically opp. Party no.3 & 4 to allow the benefits under 2nd Revised Assured Carrier Progression scheme (RACP) under Anneuxre-2 in favour of the petitioner immediately from the date of notification vide notification no.9769, dtd.08.06.2015 with all arrear dues.
Or, any other order/orders, direction/directions may be passed by this Hon'ble Court, in favour of the petitioner.
And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating her grievance, Petitioner has filed a representation before the Collector, Mayurbhanj, Opposite Party No.3, which according to the Petitioner is pending before the Authority for consideration. 5.
Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Collector, Mayurbhanj, Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 22.02.2022 (Annexure-5) within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
