This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the C.P.C. for transfer of C.S. No. 33678 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta to the court of any Magistrate at Cuttack, Odisha. Mr. Pabitra Kumar Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed with the TRP(C) and files a memo to withdraw the same. The said memo be kept on record.

Mr. M.R. Khatua, learned counsel files a Vakalatnama on behalf of one Padmalochan Pradhan, working as Collection Manager, HDB Finance Ltd. The said Vakalatnama be kept on record.

In view of the submission and memo, the TRP(C) is dismissed as withdrawn.
