Heard Mr.A.Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.H.M.Dhal, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 2.
According to Mr.Das the petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of the authorities in extending her the benefits under the Odisha Rehabilitation and Resettlement Policy, 2006 though she is entitled to such benefits on account of construction of Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar. 3.
Mr.Dhal, learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that for redressal of her grievances the petitioner should have approached the Director (R&R)-cum-Additional Secretary to Government, Department of Water Resources, Odisha, Bhubaneswar(opposite party No.2) instead of rushing to this Court.

In such background Mr.Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file representation before the Director (R&R)-cumAdditional Secretary to Government, Department of Water Resources, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (opposite party No.2) and
// 2 // further prays that a direction may be issued to the said opposite party to take a decision on her representation within a specific time period.

Considering such submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file representation before opposite party No.2 along with a copy of this order by registered post within a period of two weeks hence. In the event, such representation is received by the opposite party No.2, he/she is directed to dispose of the said representation in accordance with law within a period of three months there from and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.
Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
