Reducing his prayer, Mr.Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for working out the direction of the appellate authority within a stipulated period of time. 3.

Considering the limited prayer involved herein, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the competent authority to work out the direction in Annexure-10 involving petitioner as well as appellant likely to be affected particularly the appellant therein by undertaking such exercise at least within a period of two and half months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
