1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Miss Janvi Mohanty learned Proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best effort on several occasions, he could not establish contact to the petitioner.

3. Hence, it seems that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as nonprosecution.

5. If any cause of action arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court within a period of six weeks from today.
