1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a submission before this Court that the Petitioner has taken away the brief from him.
3. Learned Counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 submits that the prayer made in the Writ Petition has become infructuous by efflux of time as the post for which the advertisement was made, was of the year 2015 and the tenure of appointment was for five years or till attaining the age of superannuation, whichever is earlier, as per the relevant Rules.
// 2 // Mr. Nayak, further submits that pursuant to the said advertisement one Ajay Parida was appointed as Director, Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, and has completed the said tenure of five years during pendency of the Writ Petition.
4. In view of such submission made by the learned Counsel for Opposite Party No.2, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
