This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 23rd February, 2011 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Patnagarh in S.C. Case No.149/9 of 2010-11. 3.

Heard.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and going through the materials on record, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

However, giving liberty to the Petitioner to raise all the contentions during the argument of the case and also seek alteration of the charge, if the evidences therefore justifying the same in the trial court and trial court to deal with such contention and dispose of the same, this petition stands disposed of.
