This is an application for modification of cause title. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the surname of the petitioners nos.2, 4 and 8, surname of the father of petitioners nos.1, 3 and 7 and the surname of husband of petitioners nos.4 and 8 are 'Baitha' but inadvertently in the cause title, the same have been mentioned as 'Bitha' and therefore, he may be permitted to correct the same.
