2. Mr. Chimanka, learned counsel for the Income Tax Department submits that the order dated 28.11.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.16626 of 2018 stands complied with as the I.T. No.340 of 2013-14 stands decided by the Appellate Authority vide order dated 25.07.2019.
3. In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
4. Mr. Chimanka undertakes to supply a copy of the aforesaid order to Mr. Acharya during the course of the day.
5.
