2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "It is therefore, the Petitioner prays that your Lordship's may graciously be pleased to consider the facts stated in the writ petition, issue Rule NISI to the opp.parties to show cause as to why a writ of Mandamus/certiorari shall not be issued to quash the notification under Annexure-1 regarding lack of posts in General quota in respect of Taradapada Co-operative Society, Jagatsinghpur and why not to consider the grievance of the Petitioner dated 22.5.2022 and 23.5.2022 as on date and he shall be protected for the interest of justice.

// 2 // And if the opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause make the said rule absolute.

And any other writ/writs, order (s) or direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

In course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that ventilating the same grievance, the Petitioner has submitted representations to different authorities, which are annexed as Annexure-3 series to the Writ Petition. One of such representation is also addressed to the Asst. Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Jagatsinghpur (Opposite Party No.4). 5.

Since the election is scheduled to be held on 19th June, 2022, without entering into the arena of controversy, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Opposite Party No.4 to dispose of the representation said to be pending before him on or before 17th June, 2022. Learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to produce the certified copy of this order before the Opposite Party no.4 in the mean time. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application in course of the day.
