This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.2 to grant NOC in favour of the petitioner-Institution for opening of B.Sc. Nursing Course during the Session 2020-21 within a stipulated time. 3.

By efflux of time, since the period is already over, this Court is not inclined to entertain such prayer. If the petitioner satisfies the requirement and makes application for grant of NOC in future, for opening of the course, the same may be considered in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
