The present contempt filed with the allegation that the order dated 13th May, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 6271 of 2019 directing the Bank/ Opposite Parties to close the loan account of the Petitioner upon deposit of a sum of Rs.50,000/- on or before 31st May, 2019 towards full and final settlement of the outstanding liabilities, has not been complied with.

Before the case could be taken up for hearing, the withdrawal memo dated 19th March, 2021 is available on record seeking an unconditional withdrawal of the writ petition upon instructions from the Petitioner.
