This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr. M. Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

On perusal of the letter No.863/EOW-Inv. dated 25.02.2022 addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Angul by the Addl. D.G. of Police as produced by Mr. Mohanty, it is found that in the meantime, the Addl. D.G. of Police has already acted upon the letter of Superintendent of Police, Angul and has given certain directions to him. In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be decided in this case.

Accordingly, this CONTR is dropped.
