This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 22.06.2022.

Considering the submissions, prayer for modification of the order dated 22.06.2022 is allowed to the extent that instead of furnishing cash security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each in the shape of short term fixed deposit in any nationalized bank, the petitioners shall deposit the said amount in Court with all the other conditions remaining intact.
