This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.17 of 2022 arising out of G.R. Case No.421 of 2021, on the files of learned Sessions Judge, Malkangiri, arising out of M.V-79 P.S. Case No.74 of 2021, under Section 302 of I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri, by order dated 22.04.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the State has placed on record the statement of one Padiami Kana before whom the deceased has clearly implicated the present petitioner.

Taking into account such statement, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application. The same stands rejected. 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
