1. This application for restoration of OJC No.639 of 2000 which was dismissed way back on 7th March 2011 has been pending in this Court for 11 years now. During this long period, defects have not been cured. Learned counsel for the Petitioner wants more time to cure the defects.

2. Considering the long pendency of the present application for over 11 years, the Court is not inclined to grant such indulgence. The CMAPL is accordingly dismissed.
