The present CRLMC application has been filed way back on 19.05.2016 but till date the impugned order and other documents relied on vide Annexures-1 to 6 series have not been filed. The defect as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter has not yet been removed. It presupposes that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
