This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.203 of 2022, pending on the files of learned J.M.F.C City, Cuttack, arising out of Chauliaganja P.S.

Case No.52 of 2022, under Sections 379/413/201/114 of IPC and is in custody since 19.05.2022. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack, by order dated 27.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the release of the co-accused by order dated 06.05.2022, in BLAPL No.2560 of 2022 by this Court directs, it is directed that the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once in every week. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
