CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
29.07.2022 Order No.
02.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2.
The Writ Petition appears to have been filed against the inaction of the Tahasildar in not working out the order dated 01.02.1988 passed by the Additional District Magistrate in R.C. No. 19 of 1986(OPLE). The Writ Petition is taken up for admission. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks time in order to obtain relevant instruction for effective disposal of the matter. The Writ Petition should not have been filed without collection of all relevant records. 3.
This Court deprecates such filing. Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a better Writ Petition. 4.
The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn but however with liberty as prayer for.
(Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
