Heard learned counsel for the partiers.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 590 of 2022 arising out of Mangalabag P.S. Case No. 116 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC CITY, Cuttack for the alleged commission of offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Cuttack, by Order dated 1.06.2022 in Bail Application No.555 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account that the case in question has already been committed to the court of session and the petitioner is a lady and has two children, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court

in seisin over the matter so as to ensure her presence on each date of trial.

The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
