This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 14th August, 2008 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara in G.R. Case No.892 of 1997 wherein N.B.W. has been issued against him.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner at the time of call. The case is of the year 2011.

As such, the CRLMC is dismissed for non-prosecution. (S. Pujahari) Judge DA
