Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner while Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of the oil company.

There is agreement at the Bar that directions given by order dated 29th February, 2021 in W.P.(C) no.1604 of 2020 (M/s. B.D. Company, Proprietorship Firm v. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. and others), be also given notice in this writ petition with further direction of status-quo.

Directions given in said order dated 29th November, 2021 are reproduced below:-
// 2 // "Taking into consideration the rival contentions of the parties, this Court modifies the order dated 24th January, 2020 by directing the Petitioner to approach the Executive Director (Retail) under Clause-8.9(3) of the MDG Guidelines, 2012 as amended on 10th August, 2021 along with certified copy of this order and in that event, the Executive Director (Retail) of the Corporation shall do well to consider the grievance of the Petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of ninety days therefrom." 4.
Same directions are given in this writ petition. Status-quo be maintained till three weeks after Executive Director (Retail) makes known the result of consideration of petitioner's grievance. 5.
The writ petition is disposed of.
