This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with T.R. Case No. 111 of 2019 corresponding to Orkel P.S. Case No. 141 of 2019, pending on the file of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-20(b)(ii)(C)/27 of the NDPS Act, and he is in custody since 21.09.2019. 3.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge -Cum- Special Judge, Malkangiri by Order dtd. 16.10.2020 in T.R. No. 111 of 2019, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard Mr. B.K. Bal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the trial has already commenced, this Court directs the learned Court in seisin over the matter to dispose of same within a period of four months from the date of receipts/production of the certified copy of this order. 6.
Accordingly, this BLAPL stands disposed of.
