This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.102 of 2022, pending on the files of learned J.M.F.C, Kesinga, arising out of Kesinga P.S. Case No.106 of 2022, under Sections 354-A/354D/384/506 of IPC read with Section 67 & 67-A of the I.T. Act and is in custody since 17.03.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Court under POCSO Act, Bhawanipatna, by order dated 10.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account nature of allegations and that charge sheet has already been filed in the meanwhile and keeping in view the age of the accused-petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be

released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once in 15 days. 7.

Violation of condition of such appearance shall entail cancellation of bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter after following the due process of law without any further reference of this Court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
