This is an application under Section 397/401 challenging the order dated 06.04.2021 passed by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar in T.R. No.44 of 2012 rejecting the prayer for discharge of the petitioner 3.

Mr. S.K. Subudhi, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner does not want to press the CRLREV application and he files a memo to that effect. The same be kept on record.
