This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This is an application filed by the Petitioner in person for withdrawal of the RPFAM.

Mr. Rashmi Ranjan Behera, the Petitioner appears in person and requested to conduct the case.

On the last occasion, Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner made a submission that he had no knowledge of filing of such IA for withdrawal of the RPFAM. 5.
To day Mr. Behera, the Petitioner files a memo along with attested photocopy of his Adhar Card and submits that he does not want to proceed with the matter and prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM. He further submits that he has no grievance against Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing for him. Hence, he does not want to make any submission on the allegations made in the IA.

Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel submits that since the Petitioner wants to pursue the matter in person he has no objection for the same.

Considering the submission of Mr. Behera, the Petitioner in person, this Court without delving into the allegations made in the IA as well as the RPFAM, allow the prayer made for withdrawal of the revision.

Accordingly, the RPFAM is dismissed as withdrawn. 9.
The IA is disposed of accordingly.
