This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 7th June, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of. 3.

Mr. Guru, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that while disposing of the writ petition, this Court did not fix any time limit for disposal of Mutation Case No.907 of 2021. Hence, he prays for a direction to fix a time limit for the Tahasildar, Paralakhemundi for disposal of mutation case. 4.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, I am not inclined to fix a time limit for disposal of mutation case.

However, the Tahasildar, Paralakhemundi should make all endeavours to see that Mutation Case No. 907 of 2021 is disposed of at an early date in accordance with law. 6.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
