1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 13.07.2022 passed in W.P. (C) No. 14254 of 2022.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the cause title of the W.P. (C). No. 14254 of 2022 the surname of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as "Swain" instead of "Singh". He further submits that in the 2nd line of 3rd paragraph of the said order the word "Revising" has been wrongly mentioned instead of " Protecting".

5. In such view of the matter, the surname of the petitioner wrongly mentioned as "Swain" be read as "Singh" and in the 2nd line of 3rd paragraph the word wrongly mentioned as "Revising"

be read as "Protecting".

6. This order shall be read as a part of this original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered.
